Gift Card Terms & Conditions

·         Gift cards are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase unless explicitly noted otherwise during a promotion period.

·         Gift cards are redeemable at all Pirata Group restaurants listed on piratagroup.hk/venues/ unless explicitly noted otherwise.

·         Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

·         Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

·         Gift cards cannot be accepted for any pre-paid events or functions, or any other online ticketing transactions.

·         The original Gift Card/ QR code and serial number must be presented for redemption – a copy will not be accepted.

·         Any amount exceeding the value of this Gift Card must be settled in full by cash or credit card at the restaurant.

·         It is advised that table reservations be made in advance. This Gift Card is not guaranteed a table at Pirata Group restaurants. ·         Please note the e-version of Gift Cards can be redeemed instantly and sent deliciously direct to the recipient’s inbox.

·         Pirata Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Pirata Group management will be final.
