Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase unless explicitly noted otherwise during a promotion period.

Gift cards are redeemable at all Pirata Group restaurants listed on piratagroup.hk/venues/ unless explicitly noted otherwise.

Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

Gift cards cannot be accepted for any pre-paid events or functions, or any other online ticketing transactions.

The original Gift Card/ QR code and serial number must be presented for redemption – a copy will not be accepted.

Our restaurants are cashless. Any billed amount exceeding the value of this Gift Card must be settled in full by digital payment at the restaurant.

It is advised that table reservations be made in advance. This Gift Card is not guaranteed a table at Pirata Group restaurants. Please note the e-version of Gift Cards can be redeemed instantly and sent deliciously direct to the recipient’s inbox.

Pirata Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Pirata Group management will be final.
