Kindly retain the gift card for presentation upon redemption.

Reservations are subject to availability, black-out dates may apply.

Gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.

Gift card is not applicable for online shop, poolside dining, in room dining, banquets or events.

Gift card is valid until the expiry date stipulated and must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.

Gift card is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, 

sold or exchanged for any other products or services.

Protect your gift card by registering card ownership. In case of lost or stolen card, 

you shall report card lost immediately via gift card platform to suspend card transaction and 

contact us to provide you with a replacement of equivalent value.

Any alteration, unauthorised reproduction or reprinting of this card is strictly prohibited.

Regent Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any arising disputes from the use of this card.
